Deactivating users in QuickBooks Online Follow
Users imported from QBO to Tallie cannot be deactivated on Tallie because of a limitation in the API integration between QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Tallie.
It used to be the case that if the users were deleted in QBO, then they would be deactivated in Tallie. However, QBO has made some updates on their platform that removed the function to delete users. You can only set them as inactive, which does not translate to inactive in Tallie.
That said, Tallie billing is based on active usage which means, creating an item via the Purchases page, auto-importing an assigned credit card's transactions to a purchases page, or other related activity. As long as their permissions are revoked and all assigned cards are removed from their profiles, you will not be billed even though they remain in your active user list.
