FAQ: Why aren't my credit card transactions auto-populating? Follow
If your connected credit card is not auto-populating transactions, please consider the following:
- Ensure that the Auto Import to Purchases option for your card is enabled. This setting will only affect future transactions that post to the card. If there are any previous transactions that did not import, you will need to import them manually.

If the Auto-Import to Purchases button is greyed out, it means the card has been assigned to you. In this case, you will need to contact an admin to have this option enabled:
- If a user or admin deletes a card transaction, it will revert back to the connected card. The user can then manually import it.
- If the Auto-Import to Purchases box is unchecked and then rechecked, at least one transaction must be imported manually to enable automatic imports for future transactions in Tallie.
