If your connected credit card is not auto-populating please consider the below -
- Is auto-import enabled on the card? You may want to check that the box 'Auto Import to Purchases' on the specific card(s) is checked off. Please note that this will only apply to subsequent transactions posted on the card. If there are transactions that did not import you will have to manually import them.

If the 'Auto Import to Purchases' button is greyed out, it means the card has been assigned to you. You'll need to reach out to an admin, as they are the ones who can enable this option for you:
