Updating Payment Information Follow
To update the payment and billing information for your Tallie account, you must first enable the Billing permission on the user profile. Follow these steps to enable this permission:
1. Click on Settings.
2. Select Manage Lists.
3. Go to People.
4. Click on the profile of the person to whom you wish to grant permission.
5. Click on the Permissions tab.
6. Toggle the slider from NO to YES to enable "Receive Billing Emails" and "Access Billing Pages."
7. Click on Save and Exit.
To update your credit card information, follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click on Billing.
3. Select Plan & Billing.
4. Click on Update Credit Card.
5. If necessary, click on Update Billing Address.
6. Click Save when finished.
Once the new credit card is saved, our billing system will automatically attempt to process any outstanding balances. You will see the status of your invoice on the Past Invoices page change to "Paid."
Please note that all credit card information is secured by a PCI Level 1 service provider, which represents the highest level of security certification available. Please note, credit card is the only payment method we accept.
