Updating Payment Information Follow

To update your credit card information as necessary, navigate to:

• Settings
• Click on Billing
• Go to Plan & Billing
• Update Credit Card
• If necessary, click Update Billing Address
• Click Save when completed

Once the new card is saved, our billing system will automatically try to process any outstanding balance, and you will see the invoice status on the Past Invoices page changed to Paid.

​All credit card information is secured by a PCI Level 1 service provider, the most stringent level of security certification available. At the moment, credit card is the only payment method we accept.
