Moving Expenses From One Report to Another Follow
Note: It’s only possible to drag and drop or transfer expenses between unsubmitted reports. It is not possible to move expenses for submitted, approved, or exported reports.
Moving an expense from one expense report to another expense report is a simple process of dragging an expense from one report, and dropping it onto another. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Log into your Tallie account
- Click Expense Report
- Ensure there are at least two or more expense reports available
- From one report, click an expense line, drag it over on top of the expense report you would like to move it to and release the mouse button.
- Confirm the expense has been moved:
Transferring expenses
If it’s not possible to drag and drop expenses from one report to another, it’s possible to transfer expenses from one report to another. The instructions below show you how to transfer one or more expenses to another report:
- Log into your Tallie account
- Click on Expense Report
- Click the expense you would like to transfer
- In the upper right corner, you’ll see a drop-down that asks for which destination the expense should go to:
- Click Move, and confirm the expense has been transferred:
