Viewing TallieConnect Status Follow
To confirm the connection status of TallieConnect navigate to your system tray:
When TallieConnect is grey this indicates the software has been disconnected. To reconnect TallieConnect, use this article.
When TallieConnect is black with a green T this indicates the software is on and running in the background waiting for updates in either system.
When TallieConnect is lime green with a grey T, this indicates the software is actively sending updates to QuickBooks or Tallie.
